We provide Audio Enhancement through Sennheiser MobileConnect.

If you have hearing loss and would like to use audio enhancement during the performance, please download the Sennheiser MobileConnect app before your visit.

You can find more information about how to use this system in our Sennheiser MobileConnect User Guide. Please also bring a personal device (eg. a tablet or phone) and headphones or hearing aids to listen through.

To minimise delays in the audio signal from Bluetooth connected headphones or hearing aids, it is best to use wired headphones.

If you do not have wired headphones, please speak to our Audience Assistants who can assist you with headphones and/or a suitable device to use.

This is only available in our main house and not in our Neville Studio. It is available on all performances.
