Baby tickets require the child to sit on the parent’s/carer’s knee. Please call our Box Office on 0115 941 9419 to book a baby ticket. Children over 12 months old will require a standard ticket to attend a show. The baby ticket service is free to Playhouse Pass members.

Exchanges and Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. We can exchange your tickets to a different day of the same production but tickets cannot be exchanged between different productions. This is provided you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the first performance. This service is offered at a rate of £2 per ticket and free of charge to Playhouse Pass Premium, Silver, Gold and Platinum members. If the value of the new tickets is higher than the original tickets the difference must be paid, however no refunds will be given if you choose tickets of a lesser value.

If you experience a problem whilst at Nottingham Playhouse or during an event, please bring it to the attention of the Duty Manager immediately. We regret we may not be able to offer refunds or exchanges retrospectively unless you have let us know of a problem during your visit.

Tickets for events that are cancelled or rescheduled after purchase are eligible for exchange and refund and our Box Office team will be in touch with you by email or phone with information specific to your booking. Where a customer opts to keep their tickets for a future date, this is considered as a firm booking and is subject to our usual terms and conditions.

Please note that Nottingham Playhouse is not liable for any additional costs or expenses you may incur as a result of a cancelled or rescheduled event, including for travel, accommodation or hospitality.
