Pay by Direct Debit in 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Call our Box Office on 0115 941 9419, or visit our counter, to set up your payment plan. We’ll reserve your space in the activity while you set up your Direct Debit.

Step 2: Set up your Direct Debit online with Go Cardless Ltd, our direct debit provider.

Step 3: Once we’ve received your first payment, we’ll send you confirmation of your space in the activity.

Payment Dates

In order to confirm your tickets for the Autumn 2024 term, your first payment will be taken on or before 6 September.

Your second instalment will be taken on or around 6 October and your final instalment on or around 6 November 2024.

There are no hidden costs or additional booking fees to paying by Direct Debit.

FAQs

By booking a place on this course you are committing to paying the three scheduled payments in full. The full course fee is non-refundable, as per Nottingham Playhouse’s general terms and conditions. If you, or the person taking part, wish to leave the programme after term has begun, the payments will continue until the course is paid in full.

To qualify for Pay In 3, the person booking must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident.

You can view the outstanding balance on the fee for your activity by logging into your account and checking your Account Credit. The amount of your Account Credit is the amount outstanding to be paid to Nottingham Playhouse for the course or activity.

When you start your Pay In 3 plan we will send you an email confirming the payment plan, including the value of each instalment as well as the total amount payable.
