Spread the cost of your trip to panto with our Pay In 3 panto payment scheme.

Our Pay In 3 scheme allows you to split the cost of your booking for our 2024/25 panto Jack and the Beanstalk in to three payments. Your first payment is made when you book your tickets and is followed by two monthly payments.

How Does It Work?

To book your tickets, please call our Box Office on 0115 941 9419, or visit our counter, and our friendly team will get you started on your payment plan for Jack and the Beanstalk. It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. Simply select your performance date and number of tickets, along with any extras you would like (VIP Package, Ticket Booking Protection, etc.), and pay the first instalment (a third of the cost). This will then be added to your Nottingham Playhouse account as account credit.
  2. A month after your first payment, our Box Office team will call you to take the next instalment.
  3. A month after your second payment, our Box Office team will call you to take the final instalment.

 

There are no hidden costs or booking fees to any of the instalments. If one of your instalment dates falls on a weekend or bank holiday, your payment will be taken on the next working day.

FAQs

You must start your Pay In 3 plan at least 13 weeks before the date of the performance you are attending.

If you fail to make any of your payments, we will contact you to confirm that your tickets will be released and your account credit will be refunded to the debit/credit card you originally used. If you would like to change to a different debit/credit card, please let us know.

Pay In 3 cannot be used in conjunction with any offers except for our Playhouse Pass members standard 15% discount.

To qualify for Pay In 3, you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident.

Our Box Office is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 6pm (8pm when there is a performance).

Yes. If you would like to pay off all or part of your outstanding balance, please ring our Box Office on 0115 941 9419 and our team will process your payment.

You can view the balance you have paid by checking your account credit in your account.

You will also be sent an email confirming the payment plan, with your payment breakdown and total amount payable, when you start your Pay In 3 plan.

Yes. The total value of your booking must be between £36 and £1,000 to qualify for Pay In 3. For example, if the value of your booking was £36, you would make 3 payments of £12 each.

Payment plans cannot be used in conjunction with any offers, except for our Playhouse Pass members 15% standard discount.

If you wish to take out Ticket Refund Protection insurance, let us know at the same time you book your tickets. We will add this to your booking and the total amount payable. Please note that Ticket Refund Protection must be purchase at the same time as your tickets and cannot be added later.

All extras can be added to your total balance to split across three payments along with your ticket cost. Please make sure you let our Box Office team know when you book your tickets.

No. We currently only offer our Pay In 3 scheme for our 2024/25 pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk.

No. Pay In 3 is an agreement between you (the ticket buyer) and Nottingham Playhouse. It does not involve any third party agreements being made.

Yes. You can cancel your payment plan and receive a refund on your account credit at your request.
