Nottingham Playhouse is delighted to be supported by Theatre Artists Fund in being able to offer this unique opportunity for a Trainee Draughtsperson. This position would suit a mid-career arts or cultural professional looking to retrain and gain experience in becoming a draughtsperson within the arts and cultural sector.
This is a full-time, 2-year paid role which will equip the post-holder with the experience, understanding and contacts to perform the role within other Arts or Cultural organisations or as a freelance worker within the industry.
No previous CAD experience is necessary, but an understanding of the production or construction processes within producing theatre would be an advantage. We will provide on-going support, training and equipment to enable the post-holder to fulfil all aspects of the role.
