Event Details: Teaching Gen Alpha: The Employees You’re Not Ready For (Yet)
Born firmly in the 21st century, Gen Alpha have differently wired brains (quiet literally!) to those of us in business today. Hear how Hollygirt are adapting to meet children where they are; what businesses should expect of the next wave of employees, and how to prepare to prevent a culture clash.
This event is free and exclusive to Nottingham Playhouse Business Club members and sponsors. We also welcome prospective members to join us as guests for a preview of what Nottingham Playhouse Business Club offers.
Interested in attending? Contact James Cottis, Fundraising & Development Officer, for more information or to RSVP.

Rebecca has been Head of Hollygirt school since January 2025, and has spent over twenty years in education, starting out as an English and PSHE teacher before moving into school leadership. In recent years she has developed a passion for truly inclusive education, following a Masters in Education and Social Justice; this study led to Rebecca becoming the first EDI lead at her previous school and paved the way for her first Headship at Hollygirt.
