Can you tell the difference between a stone and a dragon’s egg?
Have you ever found a dragon’s scale in your own back garden?
You are invited to join Holly Staniford, the author of the well-loved ‘Deep in the Whispering Woods: An imagination journal for story-tellers,’ on an exciting adventure to protect dragons and start on your journey to become a real dragonologist!
Using nature to spark your imaginations you will hunt for evidence of a variety of dragons, learn how to decipher between a stone and a dragon’s egg, create artwork and share stories of all the different dragons spotted in gardens, parks and playgrounds near our homes.
Children attending this workshop will be playing a vital role in the research and development for Holly’s next exciting book: ‘A Field Guide to Dragons’ published by Sojo & Mouse (with a potential release for 2023).
