Nottingham Playhouse welcomes over 120,000 visitors to our theatre every year and it’s our Welcome Team members that make sure all our audience members and other visitors have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
The Welcome Team Duty Managers provide a warm welcome and an outstanding customer experience to our users. You will be managing the Welcome Team performance staff to deliver excellent customer care and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.
