Participation Projects Producer

We are seeking a capable, passionate Projects Producer to join our busy Participation Department, to facilitate and manage outstanding youth and community theatre projects.

The belief that theatre belongs to everyone lies at the heart of our work and we are committed to making sure that everyone has the opportunity to participate. We run enriching, ambitious and inclusive programmes and events for people of all ages and from all backgrounds. You will share our passion for inclusivity and the belief that every person has the right to experience the arts.

You will have a proven track record of initiating, managing and delivering youth theatre activities, community projects and creative workshops. You will have willingness and the ability to work regular evenings and weekends.

This is a wide-ranging job and we will provide on-going support, such as training, to enable the post holder to fulfil all aspects of the job.
