We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide efficient, effective support for the work of the Chief Executive, Artistic Director, Chair, Boards and sub-groups of Nottingham Playhouse Trust Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting the work of senior or executive management in a busy organisation and of administrating Board meetings, including collating and distributing papers and taking accurate minutes.
The post will suit someone who is a superb organiser with exceptional attention to detail, a confident communicator with absolute discretion, who thrives in a fast paced environment and who has flexibility to adapt to a wide variety of requirements.
The post is offered on a fixed-term (6 months), annualised hours (averaging 20 hours per week) contract.
The majority of the role can be delivered remotely however Board meetings, Press Nights and occasional other events, which will be notified in advance, require on site presence.
