Nottingham Playhouse, one of the UK’s leading producing theatres, is seeking a Deputy Head of Lighting, Sound & Video (Sound) to join our busy Lighting, Sound & Video department.

The Deputy Head of Lighting, Sound & Video (Sound) will deputise for, and work with, the Head of Lighting, Sound & Video to deliver Nottingham Playhouse’s Lighting, Sound & Video requirements, with particular responsibility for Sound.

They will work on in-house productions, main stage and studio, and support the work of the Participation department as well as working with a wide range of visiting companies including international dance companies, music events, comedy, amateur dramatic companies and hirers of the venue’s facilities.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with experience in theatre lighting, sound and AV including show operation and technical maintenance.
