The Accelerate Training Programme is a one-year, non-accredited performing arts course designed to bridge the gap between local training and a professional establishment.
It’s tailor-made to help the individual achieve their ultimate goal of securing a place at drama school/musical theatre college. Based at KTCo Studios, Castle Donington, KTCollege also runs a BTEC Performing Arts Course as well as evening classes aged 3+ in Dance, Singing, Acting & Musical Theatre.
William/Elizabeth Carlisle has the world at his feet but its weight on his shoulders. He is intelligent, articulate but also very mentally unwell. In the library of a fee-paying grammar school, William and his fellow Sixth-Formers are preparing for their mock A-Levels while navigating the pressures of teenage life. They are educated and aspirational young people, but step-by-step, the dislocation, disjunction and latent aggression is revealed.
