Who are the Workshops for?
These workshops are open exclusively to Global Ethnic Majority** women*.
*Women here is an inclusive term that encapsulates anyone who has lived experience of womanhood
** We define Global Ethnic Majority as a collective term that refers to people who are Black, Asian, Brown, dual heritage, indigenous to the global south, and / or have been racialised as ethnic minorities.
Tickets are offered at subsidised or full price, to all professional artists. If you can afford a full price ticket, please buy one, as this will support subsidised tickets / bursary places for future workshops for other artists. There are no ‘qualifying criteria’ for a subsidised place.

Hot Brown Honey is an Australian group of phenomenal female performers who smash stereotypes, remix the system and dare to celebrate their similarities and differences. Serving up an audacious platter of dance, poetry, comedy, circus, striptease and song, Hot Brown Honey is unapologetically fierce – defiantly challenging perceptions of gender, colour and privilege and shattering clichés in an explosion of colour, culture and controversy.
