Event Details: Learning to Thrive in an Uncertain Environment
The business world has a lot of uncertainty and change is rapid. Using skills that allow artists to react quickly on stage, we’ll explore how to listen, react and change, making uncertainty less scary and more fun. This interactive session will be led by broadcaster, improviser and Nottingham Playhouse practitioner, Lloydie James Lloyd.
The world of work is ambiguous, changing at a rapid rate and in need of adaptable, high performing teams. However, when change is on the horizon, most people feel out of their comfort zone and out of control. Lloydie James Lloyd has spent a professional life thriving in uncertain situations, managing change and creating an environment where he can be comfortable with uncertainty. This session will look at a some of the main pillars of improvisation and give you an insight into how you can change your thinking and gain more confidence in uncertain situations.
