The Lord-Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire and Inspire Youth Arts, part of Inspire Culture, Learning and Libraries, will host a spectacular evening of dance and music celebrating exceptional talent from across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire’s Commonwealth Communities.
With an introduction from the Lord-Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire, the evening will be compared by presenter of Kemet FM Jackie P Gardener.
Audiences will be treated to a diverse collection of performances with main stage acts including Classical Indian Kathak dance group Manushi, singer songwriters Jude Kirk, Chole Dring and Jinda Biant performing across a range of Rock/Pop/Indie and Blues style; and a high energy street dance showcase from Unite the Scene. Solo electronic artist Jess Fisher will perform her unique tracks and Sitar and Tabla will be presented by performance duo Sahota.
With a pre-show outdoor performance by NAAC live Dohl Drumming group, the evening will be a night to remember. Inspire Youth Arts aims to make performances as accessible and inclusive as possible.
