Trustees (Business Specialism)

Application Closing Date: 08 Aug 2022

Nottingham Playhouse is seeking passionate and effective advocates for the arts to join our Board of Trustees.

Nottingham Playhouse is a thriving regional producing theatre that commissions, produces and tours world-class theatre and has a strong and very wide ranging participation programme to support it. It is a multi-award winning charity, recently winner of Regional Theatre of the Year, led by Stephanie Sirr MBE and Adam Penford and has a skilled, diverse and committed Board of Trustees chaired by Amanda Farr. As a growing charity and a creative business it is essential the theatre maintains strong relationships with the business community both regionally and nationally. This is particularly important at a time when diversification of funding is vital and the cost of living crisis increases demand for the charity’s cultural community projects.

The Trust now seeks new Board members who have particular links to the business world to help support our relationships including helping to develop and embed our new business to business club.

If you are passionate about the importance of the arts and able to give us 1 or 2 days a month we’d love to hear from you.

For further information and how to apply please download the Recruitment Pack and Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form.
